SERVICE MANAGER – ELECTROLUX

 

Electrolux is a multinational industry in the area of electronic consumer goods.

We are looking for a manager who’ll monitor and set targets for planning activities, supply parts, sales activities of parts, accessories, consumables and services. Manage the financial activities of credit and collection, activities of the top service itself regarding the quality and productivity of calls, sales service and direct parts consumer, margins, costs x recipes, field information, contracts and expand the top service standard concept, also implement the global best practices. Work order’s management, implement audits, and monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) as the key indicator. Ensure ISP’s that covers all over the country, the satisfaction of consumers and retailers, strategic stock of spare parts. Experience with deployment of new technologies involving digital initiatives.
