With an MBA from The Anderson School of Management/UCLA in Los Angeles, he holds a B.S. degree in Dentistry and built his executive career of over 20 years in media, marketing, education and technology companies. Prior to founding PROPOSITO, he was the Corporate Marketing Director of Grupo Positivo, one of Brazil’s largest educational groups, then Educational Technology Vice President of Positivo Tecnologia, a national leading organization in its field and later CEO of Aymara Educação.
Fluent in English and with good command of Spanish and French, Mr. Caldeira has deep strategic experience in Sales, Marketing and Communications, Product Development and Channel Sales Management.
As a headhunter and senior consultant in top talent and career management, André has broad experience with executive search projects for top management positions, including independent members for Boards of Directors, as well as with senior leadership assessment and development projects. He has worked with a wide range of industries, such as Consumer Goods and Retail, IT/Telco, Financial Services, Education, Healthcare, Retail and Manufacturing, among others.
Mr. Caldeira is also one of the finalist authors of the Jabuti Award (Brazil’s most important literary prize) in 2013 with his book “Muito Trabalho, Pouco Stress – Meet Joe Labor and maybe a little more about yourself”. He teaches “People Management” at Brazil’s Corporate Governance Institute – IBGC in their program for Boards of Directors. He also holds a seat as an independent director at the boards of |Amcham Curitiba – American Chamber of Commerce and Instituto Incanto, a NGO.
Married for over 20 years with Daniela, a Chef de Cuisine, he is the father of Lucas, 21, and Clara, 17. In his free time, André enjoys swimming, reading, movies and meditation.

Graduated from PUC – RJ in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance, she holds an MBA in Business Management from IBMEC, and specialized in trading in Futures Market by CBOT and CME in Chicago. Mrs. Bandeira worked for over 15 years in trading desks and held various executive positions in financial institutions, including Director of the Board and Business.
As a headhunter, Ruth has experience in various areas, with a specialty in finance, focusing on high management positions as well as Boards of Directors. Throughout her career in executive search, she successfully managed projects for several industries, including Logistics and Transport, Oil & Gas, Energy, Financial Markets, Telco and Agribusiness, among others. She has conducted various assessment projects in medium and large companies. Fluent in English and with international experience, Ruth has interviewed more than 1,000 executives for strategic management positions.
Married for 18 years with Nuno, a businessman, she is the mother to Manuela, 23, Carolina, 21, and the twins Lúcia and Joana, 15. She loves to read, but devotes much of her leisure time to her family.

Graduated in Journalism from UFPR, with a Post Graduation in International Business from FAE Business School, Felipe began his career as reporter and editor for the Business News desk of a large newspaper in Paraná state, acting in Business, Finance, Management and Career sectors.
As Headhunter and Organizational Development Consultant, he led several Executive Search and Leadership Assessment projects for large and medium-sized companies in Brazil, aiming to match the best talent with each organization.
